Allocation: First 100 Subscribers
Your name inscribed on the Founders Circle monument at park opening. A permanent acknowledgment of the capital partners who made Amazon Fun Parks possible. Closed once filled.
Allocation: First 4,000 Units
Initial subscribers receive a 1:1 unit bonus — 4,000 additional preferred units issued at no cost. Effective 50% discount to Series A pricing. Bonus tranche terminates without notice.
Allocation: All 60,000 Units
Each unit carries non-transferable, lifetime admission rights to Amazon Fun Parks for the holder on record. A direct economic benefit tied to equity ownership, not a marketing promotion.
Series A holders receive an 8% annual dividend, paid prior to any common distributions. Preferred position in the capital stack with defined current yield.
